Returns:
Products may be returned within 30 days of delivery if they are unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items:
For health, hygiene, and wellness reasons, certain products may not be eligible for return once opened or used.

Refunds:
After receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Damaged or Defective Products:
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide photos of the issue.

Return shipping costs may be the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
